1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• FREE Delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000.

• A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below Rs. 5,000. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
