At Sobhan Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

  • Items returned after the return period.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can process your request promptly.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Sobhan Traders will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.
